Black Forest Service
Pest Control Built for Life in the Trees
Black Forest is different from the subdivisions down in town. Homes sit on two, five or even thirty-five acres, surrounded by ponderosa pine, meadows and outbuildings. That means more places for pests to live and more ways for them to get close to the house.
Most of our Black Forest calls are about mice in garages, shops and horse barns, wasps under deep decks and eaves, and spiders around windows and wood piles. In spring, voles and gophers start working through lawns and pastures, and in the fall, cluster flies gather on sunny walls looking for a way into the attic.
We keep it simple. You tell us what you're seeing, we give you a price, and we take care of it. For ongoing protection, many acreage owners choose our quarterly pest and rodent plan. We're running a winter promo right now, so text us for today's price.

The Black Forest Pest Year
October to February: Mice move from the trees and fields into garages, shops and wall voids. This is the best time to get ahead of them.
March to May: Vole runways show up as the snow melts, gophers start pushing up mounds, and ants become active along the foundation.
June to September: Wasp and yellow jacket nests grow fast under decks and in sheds. Spiders are busiest in late summer.
September and October: Cluster flies and boxelder bugs crowd sunny walls, and mice begin testing the doors again.
Before We Arrive
Simple Steps for Acreage Owners
On a big property you can't keep every mouse away, but you can keep them away from the house. Keep feed, seed and pet food in sealed metal bins, both in the barn and the garage. Stack firewood away from the house and off the ground.
Trim branches and shrubs so they don't touch the roof or siding, and close gaps around pipes, wires and garage doors. Check deck boards, eaves and sheds for small paper wasp nests in early summer, when they are still easy to handle.
If you see mounds or runways in the pasture or lawn after the snow melts, call or text us. The sooner we know, the easier it is to get ahead of it before the yard is torn up.
