These answers cover choosing a service, phone quotes, onsite inspections, service coverage, and common operating limits.

View All Questions
How much does pest control cost?

Pricing depends on the pest, affected areas, property size, conditions, access, and work required. We explain the price and proposed scope before scheduling.

Can I receive a quote by phone?

Most estimates begin with a free phone quote. You can use Book Free Call to schedule a 30 minute Free Pest Consultation through our secure GorillaDesk portal. If the issue cannot be priced accurately by phone, we explain the $150 onsite inspection fee before scheduling. The fee is waived when the recommended service is approved.

Which properties do you service?

We review homes, rental properties, apartments, offices, banks, retail properties, restaurants, warehouses, industrial facilities, schools, public facilities, and other eligible properties.

Do you provide termite treatments or mosquito barrier spraying?

Preventative Pest Control provides termite inspections but does not perform termite treatments. Mosquito service uses the In2Care station system rather than conventional liquid barrier spraying.

How do your rodent programs work?

Mouse, rat, and vole programs use secured bait stations selected for the property and activity. Preventative Pest Control does not offer snap trap or glue board programs.

Do you service locations outside Colorado Springs?

Yes, eligible requests are reviewed across Colorado’s Front Range. Routine availability, travel, scheduling, and service scope vary by city and project.

Not Sure Which Service Fits?

Call with the pest, property type, city, and affected area. We will explain the next step before anything is scheduled.
